Built a personal agent environment with Claude Code over an Obsidian knowledge vault. Orchestrates agents including Hermes Agent and Paperclip with a capture-and-triage inbox pattern.

Quality engineering

Evaluation & prompt registry

Standardized prompt management and evaluation runs on MLflow. Automated benchmark tests track drift, response quality, and output format consistency across model updates.

AI adoption & enablement

Colleagues coached in AI

First in my group to adopt AI tools. Now lead enablement through weekly pairing sessions, prompt reviews, and workflow design. Took two of five prioritized AI use cases from idea to working tools.

Inbox automation

Local email triage pipeline

Built a local Python and SQLite pipeline on the Gmail API. The tool classifies messages, extracts action items, and processes high-volume inboxes without sending data to third parties.

Enterprise scale

Commercial portfolio & governance

Co-managed a $430M+ portfolio and directly oversaw $5M+ in vendor spend. Led operational assessments and data governance frameworks at IQVIA, following enterprise risk initiatives at Wolters Kluwer.
