## Overview
Engineering a privacy-preserving desktop AI assistant with local session history, event buses, and desktop hooks.

## The Problem
Cloud-hosted assistants create enterprise data leakage risks and cannot interact with local developer tools or offline system states.

## Production Rule
Run local daemon runtimes that communicate over local UNIX sockets or loopback HTTP. Keep raw event transcripts in local SQLite databases.
